Spencer Knowles is the Vice President of Sales & Business Development, overseeing all sales and marketing efforts within the organization.  Having a personal connection with Cannabis for many years, Spencer feels strongly that it should be used as a force for good within our society.  As a proud 12th generation Cape Codder, Spencer has spent the past three years advocating for safe and regulated cannabis access on the Cape where he still lives with his family. Prior to joining Sira in July of 2018, he spent his professional career in the fine wine industry with leadership roles in national retail and regional wholesale.  A firm believer in sales through education, Spencer’s driven by a passion to normalize and elevate Cannabis to the level of fine wine, so that all responsible adults can truly appreciate this magical plant! When he’s not working, Spencer enjoys adventuring outside with his family and their Swiss Mountain Dog “Patton”.

Nick Spidalieri is the Director of Wholesale and Portfolios at Sira Naturals. Prior to joining the Sira Team, Nick was Director of Wine Portfolios and Sales at a New England based Wholesale Wine and Spirits company for ten years. Nick is a veteran of the Boston Restaurant Industry serving in a variety of management positions. Nick believes that Cannabis’s medicinal benefits are extremely valuable to the general public based on his experience as a patient. Nick is excited for the growth of Cannabis and bringing people together.



Senior Marketing Manager

Andrew Sharp is the Senior Marketing Manager of Sira Naturals. Prior to assuming the Senior Marketing Manager role, Mr. Sharp worked at a digital marketing agency executing affiliate strategies for clients such as Staples, American Eagle, Urban Outfitters and other retailers. In addition to his agency experience, Andrew has worked with ex-intelligence officers assessing behavioral business intelligence as well as conducted Neuroscience Research at Tufts University Medical School. His passion for science and cannabis as a medicine, serve as a driving force in Sira Naturals’ Marketing operations and strategy.



Marketing Manager

James Long is the Marketing Manager at Sira Naturals. Prior to becoming Marketing Manager, James was working in our Milford cultivation facility as the Assistant Extractions Manager and the head of our Solventless Program. Graduating from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA with a Bachelor of Fine Arts James has a wealth of knowledge in design and cannabis to bring to the table. James biggest goal in cannabis is to remove the stigma and normalize cannabis use through proper training and education.

David Applebaum is the Sales Cannasseur at Sira Naturals, serving as support to the Sales and Marketing team.  Prior to his role in Wholesale, David was an Assistant Manager at our Cambridge dispensary, spending time cultivating relationships with Massachusetts medical cannabis patients and hearing their stories first hand.  Having spent close to three years working in the Las Vegas cannabis market, he came to us with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry.  David believes, as a medical marijuana patient himself, that we are truly “fighting the good fight” here at Sira, and he hopes that our efforts will help to bring the benefits of cannabis to a much larger audience.  When David is not working, he enjoys hiking and spending time with his husky, Roscoe.
