Sira is excited to launch a new online Doorside Pickup program in addition to our in-store purchases by appointment only! Patients can now order ahead by selecting products from our online menu into a cart and checking out to pick-up and pay at one of our locations.
Patients must pay via debit card for online order ahead- no cash payments will be accepted.
Any doorside orders placed after 7:30pm will be available for pickup the following day.
The final order total will not reflect discounts related to product promotions, concentrate or flower price breaks or patient programs such as Financial Hardship, etc. These discounts will be applied when picking-up your order in-person. Substitutions or additions to confirmed orders not allowed.
Orders placed must be picked up that day. Inventory will return to the shelf at the end of each day for orders that were not picked up.
1) Select either Needham or Somerville Pre-Order on the homepage of our site or in the top navigation under Product Menu
2) Select the products you'd like to order and add them to your cart
3) At checkout, confirm your contact details and valid MA medical card holder status
4) Await for a confirmation text message that your order has been confirmed
5) Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a text message that your order is ready for pick-up - (Please await confirmation message before arriving to store)

After receiving a confirmation text message that you order is ready, visit our front entrance on Elm Street. When arriving at the door, press the intercom then state your name and show your valid IDs to the camera. Once verified, you will be let in and will head to the pickup station located inside the building. At the pickup station, you will verify your IDs again and your order will be brought to you. While checking out, any potential discounts will be added before processing payment and logging the purchase in MassCIP.
After receiving a confirmation text message that your order is ready, visit our side door next to our main entrance. When arriving at the door, press the intercom then state your name and show your valid IDs to the camera. Once verified, our staff will meet you at the designated pickup door (Next to the garage to the left of the main entrance) and check your IDs visually again and then your order will be brought to you. While checking out, any discounts will be added before processing payment and logging the purchase in MassCIP. *Note: only Financial Hardship discounts are applicable at our Needham location.
